Miss Doku, a BS 5 teacher is to appear before the highest decision making body in the district. 

According to some sources her offence may lead to outright Dismissal from the Ghana Education Service. 

She has however, decided to plead guilty as a way of luring the panel to temper justice with mercy to forgive her since this is her first offence. 


a. Which body in the district is being referred to as the highest decision making body?

b.  Can the body you named in (a) above perform the action you are giving it? If yes, explain. But, if No explain. 

c. List other sanctions, apart from the Dismissal from the Service, Miss Doku can suffer if found guilty of the offence.
